mAInframe is a daily AI news podcast, newsletter, and website, an Outpace Media property. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we do not sell your data, and we never share it except with the vendors that run the service.

What we collect

Email address, only if you subscribe to the newsletter or email us. We use it to send the daily brief and to reply to you, nothing else.

Basic technical data that any website receives: IP address, browser type, and pages requested, logged by our hosting provider for security and reliability. When you download or stream an episode, standard podcast analytics (aggregate counts, approximate location, app used) are collected via OP3, an open podcast analytics service.

We do not collect payment information, we do not require an account, and we do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

To send the newsletter you asked for, respond to your messages, keep the service running and secure, and understand in aggregate how many people listen. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. To ask what data we hold or request deletion, email loren@outpace.media.

Children

mAInframe is intended for a general, professional audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we do. Material changes will be noted here.
